Note:  you should sell only one product type (such as Pennies to Dollars, cookies/candy bars, cookie dough, or a catalog sale using just one catalog) at a time for best results, except that first aid kits and fire extinguishers work well together with candy.

Our terms are normally "payment due with order". Exceptions include school purchase orders which may be  accepted if the purchase order is signed by the school principal, is faxed from the school's fax number to our office, shows the school address, school telephone number, and school fax number, includes the name of the faculty sponsor for the group ordering products, and includes a street address suitable for shipping by UPS or other common carrier.  On approved school purchase orders of direct sale candy items and postpay catalog sales run directly by schools, our terms are "net 20" which means payment is due in our office within 20 days from the date you receive the products. You can find our invoice terms here.   Most school catalog sales (and all non-school catalog sales) are run as prepay sales, payment due with order. We also accept Visa and Mastercard, by phone.  For small non-school groups selling candy or cookies or using the Pennies-To-Dollars cards, you can order the products on your personal credit card, have it delivered, sell it, and have the money in time to pay your bill when it comes in. Youth sports organizations, Sororities, Fraternities, and Service Clubs are encouraged to obtain their own organizational Visa or MasterCard.  For school groups doing catalog sales, we can supply catalogs at no charge with credit approval or a school purchase order.  "National Service Club" accounts can be approved for "open account" ordering and free brochures. Invoice and contract terms always take precedence over information supplied on this web site.

Minimum order on the McJak suckers is 1 case of two bags (60 per bag) of suckers (total 120 suckers).
Price brackets on suckers:
     1-39 cases  40% profit  sell suckers for 50 cents, make 20 cents each
            each 120 count case costs you $36 and you make $24
     40-99 cases  45% profit   sell suckers for 50 cents, make 22.5 cents each
            each 120 count case costs you $33 and you make $27
    100 case up 50% profit    sell suckers for 50 cents, make 25 cents each
            each 120 count case costs you $30 and you make $30

We also carry the "Pennies to Dollars" donation card.  PENNIES TO DOLLARS is a copyrighted fund raising system that is designed to raise up to $85.00 per participant for your group. Imagine raising $85.00 per member with no product, no delivery and no RETURNS.  How Does The System Work? The PENNIES TO DOLLARS cards have 60  waxy "spots" to "rub-off". Under each spot is a donation amount from $.05 to $3.00. People simply "rub-off" a spot to determine what their donation will be. Most people will "round up". For example, if they get $.80 they may either donate $1.00 or rub again until they are comfortable with their donation amount. If they get $2.75 they may round up to $3.00.  Think about it. Almost everyone can contribute $3.00 to a worthy cause. All you have to do is ask them! The PENNIES TO DOLLARS system allows school age children and adults to do just that!! It's fun, interesting and very profitable because there is no product involved. Pure Profit...with up
to 100% profit for your group, since we send one free card with every eight cards you order!!!   The success of this system depends greatly on your group's motivation. Please note that the typical average for a group that is not working toward an individual goal such as money for a trip is about 40% of a card completed.  For situations where each individual benefits directly, the completion rate soars to 80%.  We have incentive ideas that you can use to increase your completion rate.  You can expect to clear about $30 per member with no promotion or about $50-80 per member on this program, if you promote it properly. Promotion is the key to more profit!    Remember... we are not dealing with product mark-up and have no margin for promotion on our end, as we have given you all the dollars on your end to use at your discretion. We suggest rewarding those members who complete an entire card.
 

Here is an excellent promotional idea:

CASH. Let the members of your group keep the amounts "rounded up" and turn in only a certain amount if the card is completed, such as letting them keep $15 or $20 if the card is completely scratched off. Then, if a member turns in a partially completed card, let another member complete it and make another $15 to $20. You decide on how much, based on your knowledge of your group. This way you stand to clear $52 or more per member because of the higher completion rate.

Cookie Dough

We offer several sources for scoop and bake frozen cookie dough.  We offer the standard "tub" dough and also the "pre-portioned" dough where all you do is remove the pre-formed cookies from the wax paper in the box and place them on the cookie sheet and bake.  Frozen cookie dough programs are shipped to your location by common carrier truckline after a pre-pay pre-sale from color brochures which we provide for your organization.  In general, you need to sell 1000 pounds of dough, which is about 350 tubs, as frozen trucking has a 1000 pound minimum.  Average sales is 4-7 tubs per participant, with more for highly-motivated groups. We also have a scoop-and-bake tub program that is "shelf stable" at room temperature, so that you do not have to worry about a frozen delivery or keeping dough frozen until it is delivered to the customer.    We also offer non-refrigerated cookie dough dry mixes where the purchaser adds eggs and liquid before baking the cookies.   Please contact us for details on the hottest new product to come to fundraising in the past twenty years!

WOLFGANG CANDY BARS with up to 55% profit!

Wolfgang has been making fine candy for fundraising since the late 1920's in their factory in York PA.  Their bars are 2 ounces and sell for $1.  There are 36 bars in a box, and you make $14.40 (40%) per box if you sell from 1-29 boxes, $18 (50%) per box from 30-199 boxes, and $19.80 (55%) per box if you sell over 200 boxes. Free shipping if you order 36 cases or more.  Flavors include milk chocolate with almonds, milk chocolate with caramel, dark chocolate with peppermint, milk chocolate with peanut butter, white chocolate with peanut butter, milk chocolate with crisped rice.  You can also use the assorted box, which has the almond, rice and peanut butter with milk chocolate, but the assorted boxes cost  $1 extra per box.  Terms on Wolfgang are net 30 days to all groups.  At present, Wolfgang delivers anywhere east of the Mississippi River and to the Dakotas, Minnesota, and surrounding areas. For western states, call for availability.


Take order Programs:

On take-order programs, members use a color brochure and pre-sell items. You purchase your brochures at the prices listed under each program below. Your members take the orders and collect money.  You send us the orders and payment for your cost.  (You then have your profit in the bank.)   We ship you the product and your sellers hand it out to their customers. Then, we refund to you the cost of all brochures/catalogs used or returned once you order your products.  For school groups, national service club accounts, or repeat customers we can supply brochures/catalogs at no charge with credit approval or school purchase order.   Freight is free on orders pre-paid with money order or cashier check.

   These catalogs include an excellent selection of  gift wrap on rolls (fall programs) , cheese and sausage , chocolates, gift items, cards and wrap accessories.   Ordertaker brochures are $1 each, but we may be able to furnish them free of charge, so call and ask.  Your cost is 60% of the price of each item and you keep 40% if your sale is very small, up to 50% profit if your sale is large.  If you wish, we can tally and pack each seller's order individually if your total sale is over $1,600 retail.  Free freight on all orders over $1,000 (your cost.)  Product shipped from various locations.  Allow 3 weeks for delivery.  Product requires shipping on refrigerated truck to areas in the South where temperature is over 80°F.

We have two types of profit structure to meet your needs.... "Net Profit" and "Gross Profit."

Net Profit Program:  On Sales below $7000 total retail your net profit on nonfood items is 40%. On sales over $7000 retail your profit goes to 45% and on sales over $12,000 retail your profit goes to 50%. Prepack by student is available on sales where you sell over $1600 total retail. On sales between $1600 and $8500, you can earn an additional 5% profit if you do your own order tallying and packing for sellers.  In addition, we can supply a prize incentive program if you wish at no extra charge.  There is no charge for shipping, handling, prepack, brochures (we supply enough for 111% of your enrollment so you have extras when you need them), parent letters (on large leagues or schoolwide programs)  or the like.  In short, your NET profit is the percentage shown above.  You collect for the order, keep your profit, and send us a check for your cost along with your order.  No muss, no fuss, no surprises, and very little work.

Gross Profit Program:  Several internet fundraising companies have been offering a program that makes the profit percentage look incredibly high... 65% to 75%,  BUT they add a charge for EVERYTHING except the product which is included in their advertised profit percentage.  We can work with you on the same type of program if that's what you want.  We charge you about 37% of retail for the product and then you pay for everything else.  If you can be economical, you can save a lot.  If you can do your own prepack, parent letters, collating, etc. you can save a bundle.  BUT, you need to have enough ready help to do it and be willing to spend a LOT of time yourself.  Typically, prepack costs you about 7%.  Prizes cost you about 4%.  Brochures run about $1.50 each, depending on the size of the catalog.  Order forms are about 5 cents each.  You send us a check for the brochures and order forms and we send them out.  You then put together your parent letter and assemble packets for sellers.  Your sellers take orders and collect money.  You either tally up your order and send your totals along with a check for 37% of the amount or send us a check for 45% of your sale amount if we are prepacking for you.  Then you order your prizes.  Everything comes freight collect and you pay the truck driver when your items arrive.  Of course, this is much more like the retail business method than the Net Profit program, and if you are careful, you can save, but if you make mistakes, it can cost you dearly.
