Note: you should sell only one product type (such as Pennies to Dollars, cookies/candy bars, cookie dough, or a catalog sale using just one catalog) at a time for best results, except that first aid kits and fire extinguishers work well together with candy.
Our terms are
normally "payment due with order". Exceptions include school purchase
orders which may be accepted if the purchase order is signed by
the school principal, is faxed from the school's fax number to our
office, shows the school address, school telephone number, and school
fax number, includes the name of the faculty sponsor for the group
ordering products, and includes a street address suitable for shipping
by UPS or other common carrier. On approved school purchase
orders of direct sale candy items and postpay catalog sales run
directly
by schools, our terms are "net 20" which means payment is due in our
office
within 20 days from the date you receive the products. You can find our invoice terms here.
Most school catalog sales (and all non-school catalog sales) are run as
prepay sales, payment due with order. We also accept Visa and
Mastercard, by phone.
For small non-school groups selling candy or cookies or using the
Pennies-To-Dollars cards, you can order the products on your personal
credit card, have it
delivered, sell it, and have the money in time to pay your bill when it
comes in. Youth sports organizations, Sororities, Fraternities, and
Service
Clubs are encouraged to obtain their own organizational Visa or
MasterCard.
For school groups doing catalog sales, we can supply catalogs at no
charge
with credit approval or a school purchase order. "National
Service
Club" accounts can be approved for "open account" ordering and free
brochures. Invoice and contract terms always take
precedence over information supplied on this web site.

CASH. Let the members of your group keep the amounts "rounded up"
and turn
in only a certain amount if the card is completed, such as letting them
keep
$15 or $20 if the card is completely scratched off. Then, if a member
turns
in a partially completed card, let another member complete it and make
another
$15 to $20. You decide on how much, based on your knowledge of your
group.
This way you stand to clear $52 or more per member because of the
higher
completion rate.

as either "cold pack" (keep refrigerated) or "processed" (refrigerate

Order-taker brochures are $1 each. Your cost is 60% of the price of
each
item and you keep 40%. If you wish, we can pack each seller's

These catalogs include an excellent selection of
gift wrap on rolls (fall programs) , cheese and sausage , chocolates,
gift items, cards and wrap accessories. Ordertaker
brochures are $1 each, but we may be able to furnish them free of
charge, so call and ask.
Your cost is 60% of the price of each item and you keep 40% if your
sale is very small, up to 50% profit if your sale is large. If
you wish, we can tally and pack each seller's order individually if
your total sale is over $1,600 retail. Free freight on all orders
over $1,000 (your cost.)

We have two types of profit structure to meet your needs.... "Net Profit" and "Gross Profit."
Net Profit Program: On Sales below $7000 total retail your net profit is 40%. On sales over $7000 retail your profit goes to 45% and on sales over $12,000 retail your profit goes to 50%. Prepack by student is available on sales where you sell over $1600 total retail. On sales between $1600 and $8500, you can earn an additional 5% profit if you do your own order tallying and packing for sellers. In addition, we can supply a prize incentive program if you wish at no extra charge. There is no charge for shipping, handling, prepack, brochures (we supply enough for 111% of your enrollment so you have extras when you need them), parent letters (on large leagues or schoolwide programs) or the like. In short, your NET profit is the percentage shown above. You collect for the order, keep your profit, and send us a check for your cost along with your order. No muss, no fuss, no surprises, and very little work.
Gross Profit Program: Several internet fundraising companies have been offering a program that makes the profit percentage look incredibly high... 65% to 75%, BUT they add a charge for EVERYTHING except the product which is included in their advertised profit percentage. We can work with you on the same type of program if that's what you want. We charge you about 37% of retail for the product and then you pay for everything else. If you can be economical, you can save a lot. If you can do your own prepack, parent letters, collating, etc. you can save a bundle. BUT, you need to have enough ready help to do it and be willing to spend a LOT of time yourself. Typically, prepack costs you about 7%. Prizes cost you about 4%. Brochures run about $1.50 each, depending on the size of the catalog. Order forms are about 5 cents each. You send us a check for the brochures and order forms and we send them out. You then put together your parent letter and assemble packets for sellers. Your sellers take orders and collect money. You either tally up your order and send your totals along with a check for 37% of the amount or send us a check for 45% of your sale amount if we are prepacking for you. Then you order your prizes. Everything comes freight collect and you pay the truck driver when your items arrive. Of course, this is much more like the retail business method than the Net Profit program, and if you are careful, you can save, but if you make mistakes, it can cost you dearly.
