Programs containing Zap-A-Snack or other pizza, Strudles, Cinnamon Rolls, Cheesecakes and the like must be shipped by frozen freight.  Frozen freight is extremely expensive.  On large orders we can ship to you for about $1 per item, and that is built in to the prices.  In small orders, the cost per item for shipping can run as much as $4, depending on your location, so we have to have guidelines so that everyone makes money on the project. 

These guidelines do not apply to Cookie Dough from Pine Valley Foods, as that product is shelf stable at room temperature and can be shipped by a non-frozen carrier.

We also may be able to waive these guidelines when your product is shipped in cold weather, provided it is cold weather along the entire route.  In this case we may be able to ship on a non-frozen carrier with your product wrapped in silvered bubble-wrap and kept cold by dry ice, depending on your location and the distance from the packing facility in Allentown PA or Fort Wayne IN.

Food Court, Simply Delicious, and Extravaganza are aimed at high producing, highly motivated groups. We have kept prices down and our margin slim so you will sell more. This is a quality product line with very slim margins for us, so we need to have shipping guidelines to make this program profitable for all involved. We offer free shipping for for sales that meet our quantity guidelines:

If you have low participation below 25% of enrollment, then you will be charged actual freight cost AND the actual cost of brochures that do not produce sales. It is up to you to motivate your participants throughout the sale. 

Sale may be canceled if sales under 100 units at our discretion, depending on shipping costs.

So if your group is highly motivated, choose Food Court, Simply Delicious, or Extravaganza as your number one fundraising program. We will reward your efforts with quality products, fair prices, and a shipping plan that meets your needs. You will be pleased.

If you are concerned that you cannot meet the guidelines, have a look at our cookie dough in tubs program or one of our non-frozen programs, such as the Wisconsin Cheese and Chocolate program or one of our nuts and snacks or seasonal gift programs. 

Product may be shipped on a company or contract truck from the regional warehouse in Allentown PA or Fort Wayne IN, or may be shipped by commerical carrier, depending on your location and the scheduling of your project. Commercial carrier deliveries cannot have a guaranteed delivery time of day.

KEEP IN MIND, HOWEVER, THAT PEOPLE BUY FOOD ITEMS FROM THEIR GROCERY BUDGETS, SO YOUR SALE WILL BE VERY GOOD ON THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT.  YOUR SUCCESS ULTIMATELY DEPENDS ON YOUR ENTHUSIASTIC PROMOTION OF THE SALE ON A DAILY BASIS.
